People shouldn't learn voice acting from anime dubs. Their actors are constricted to speaking at silly weird paces, due to having to match mouth movements. Watch cartoons.
I find voice acting easy...I'm just really lazy.

No one likes reading in a movie, but I agree with D-mac. You should really get some VAs who know what they're doing and practice based on good cartoons (NOT anime).
